In short
- Pebl is free and has no ads. You must be at least 13 to use it.
- What you write is yours; it is encrypted, so we cannot see it.
- No illegal content, harassment, spam or fake accounts. We may close accounts that break the rules.
- In an emergency do not rely on Pebl: call your local emergency number. Couriers deliver late on purpose.
These terms are the agreement between you and Pebl ("Pebl", "we") for using the Pebl apps and pebl.im. By creating an account you accept them and the Privacy policy. The Turkish version (pebl.im/terms) is the original; if the two differ, the Turkish one applies unless the law where you live says otherwise.

03Your content
The messages, photos and files you send are yours. They are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot see them; we only deliver their encrypted form. You give us the limited permission needed to do that.
You are responsible for what you share and for respecting others’ rights. You can block someone who bothers you, report them in the app, or write to destek@pebl.im.
04Courier and other features
Messages sent by courier arrive late on purpose, at the speed you chose; the times shown are estimates. Disappearing and view-once messages cannot stop the other person from taking a screenshot or photographing the screen with another device.
Pebl is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
05Pebl’s rights
The Pebl name, the dotted logo, the mascot and stickers, the app’s design and code belong to Pebl’s developers. You may mention Pebl following the press kit’s rules; otherwise you may not use them without permission.
06Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account. If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your account harms others, we may suspend or close it, telling you in advance where possible.
07Reports and appeals
We review a report only with what the person reporting sends: the reason, their note and up to 5 messages they attach. Everything else is encrypted and we cannot see it.
If your account is suspended or closed, we write to your registered email with the reason, unless the law prevents it. If you think we got it wrong, appeal within 30 days by writing to destek@pebl.im; we review it again and answer within 30 days.
08Fees
Pebl is free and shows no ads. If we ever add a paid feature, its price and terms will be shown clearly beforehand; nothing is ever charged without your choosing it.
09Changes to the service
We keep developing Pebl and may add, change or remove features. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will tell you a reasonable time in advance so you can download your data.
10Limitation of liability
We provide Pebl with care and as it is; we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live, or our liability for intent or gross negligence.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
12If these terms change
We announce important changes in the app and on this page before they take effect. If you keep using Pebl after a change, you accept the new terms.
